How do I get refunded for my expense in purchasing the reviewed product?
We will refund you the full purchase price of the review product including any associated fees such as tax and shipping at the same time that we pay you for the actual review via e-transfer.
Can I return the reviewed product for a refund from the retailer?
No. If you do so, we will be notified by the seller and you will not be paid for the review. You will also be banned from further participation in the paid reviews program.
